Your Ritual

Every bath is an opportunity to slow down.

Sprinkle your desired amount of Soul Soaks into warm running water and allow the mineral salts to dissolve. As the botanicals unfurl and the aroma begins to fill the room, take a deep breath and allow yourself to arrive in the moment.

Soak for 20–30 minutes—or as long as your body and mind need. When your ritual is complete, remove your raw crystal before draining the tub and keep it somewhere meaningful as a reminder to return to yourself.
