Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the email provided with your order.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Mindfully Rising is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Mindfully Rising is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at mindfullyrising@mindfullyrising.com.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or items so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
