Shipping

Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times may vary during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Returns

Because Soul Soaks are personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the product, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Order Changes

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered production or has shipped.
